These are BEAUTIFUL ties!!
First, let me tell you a little about the PUCCINI's New Repp-Stripe Collection
They are available in 8 trendy colors (4 shown above). Each tie features two unique colors paired with a contemporary striped design.
They are constructed with a unique microfiber fabric that looks and feels identical to silk but is more wrinkle and stain resistant.
My husband has a huge collection of ties, and I plan on buying each one of these to add to his collection. At 9.90 each, why wouldn't I?
We got the Amber Yellow and White striped tie to review. I NEVER would have thought that this tie is only $9.90. The value in these ties is amazing!!! Heck...you can't get a tie at Ross for less than $10, so to be able to get a Puccini tie online at this price is a great deal!!
My husband was quick to wear his new tie. He loved first, how it came shipped. It was in plastic first, then folded neatly in a large box, but not folded small... it didn't come folded to the point of needing to be ironed... it was ready to wear...As you can see from this picture.
While the ties above are all shown on white shirts, my husband is a bit of a color fanatic. He absolutely loves color. So I'd suggest getting bold with your tie... flaunt it!! Don't go 'usual' with it.. wear their Aubergine Purple &; Berry Pink Striped Tie with a purple shirt... or a yellow shirt. Show off the tie... it's meant for it!!!
Bows-N-Ties is one amazing company. From supporting charities, offering a monthly chance to win $250, to showing us the best (and worst) dressed NFL players, they provide the maximum of attention to menswear accessories.
So much so, that they were mentioned in Bridal Guide Magazine... here's a blurb for you!
All is not lost. BG fashion experts recently stumbled upon Bows-N-Ties.com, an online men's fashion accessories retailer based in San Francisco. Bows N’ Ties has over 5,000 wedding ties to choose from, in more than 200 popular bridal colors that are made to complement bridesmaid dresses from designers like Bill Levkoff, J.Crew, Alfred Angelo, and David’s Bridal. Brilliant!
Their website is like a whos-who in fashion... be sure to check out their fashion tips.. they even have one (which was great reading) for how to wear a yellow tie. In addition, they offer great resources, like how to tie a tie (several types of ties, actually)
How to tie a bow tie, and even necktie trivia! There is so much more information above and beyond selling ties! (which they have THOUSANDS of, by the way)
I bet your wondering about that $250... lol I don't blame you. Here's the deets:
You buy a tie from them, and submit your wedding photo "Show us how we helped dress the men in your wedding & enter a chance to win a $250 gift certificate to Bows-N-Ties" says their site. They do this monthly!!! Getting married soon? How can you miss? Buy the groom & each of the groomsmen a tie for $9.90 (That's right... spend $100, no shipping!!) Then submit a pic from your wedding, and you could win another $250 to spend with them, and trust me, you'd get quite a few ties at their prices!!!
Every couple days, they post the picture of a dog at this special shelter, that's in need of a home. HOWEVER... this is not just any ordinary dog shelter... this is a special needs shelter, for dogs 7 years and older. That's right, it's a senior shelter!!!
Take a peek at some of Muttville's residents, in the latest of ties & bow ties from Bows-N-Ties:
Here's some info about what they're doing:
Each year we at Bows-N-Ties get involved with a charitable cause, and for 2013 we chose to support San Francisco based senior dog rescue Muttville, a special needs shelter for dogs seven years and older. We were immediately touched by the story of many of Muttville's residents, and were moved to get involved. Over the last few days we have featured one of these lovely dogs dressed up with a dapper necktie, bow tie, ascot, or scarf. It is our goal to help draw awareness to the cause, and encourage everyone to foster or even adopt one of these charming gentlemen. Should your situation not allow to care for a dog, then there are other ways to get involved, such as volunteering or donations. The founder & CEO of Bows-N-Ties writes:
I personally encourage you to visit Muttville's website to meet all its current residents and to learn more about this wonderful non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to improving the lives of senior dogs. To date, Muttville has helped over 1,650 senior dogs in finding a new home, which otherwise would have been put down. Upon visiting we were instantly inspired by the commitment of its volunteers, who were dedicated to the organization's mission that "It is never too late for a new beginning".
I'll leave you with this thought... how can you go wrong, buying a GREAT tie, at a low price, knowing that they're supporting some great dogs in the process???
So do me a favor.. check out their ties, and then visit them on Facebook, and (like them of course) be sure to tell them what a great job their doing with Muttville, and that you saw them here!!!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
